Delivery:
Delivery when ordering from INDIGOSTYLE is made to office or exact address by courier company Speedy and Econt. Once we accept your order and specify the details around it, we will send you the desired items, if available, within 2-4 working days. The standard lead time excludes the first week after campaigns where it may be longer and is mentioned on the last page of your order. If we expect items to be available within the specified time, once we receive them we will contact you again via phone call or email.

The value of the order is payable to the courier in cash or at a POS terminal upon receipt of the shipment(cash on delivery) or in advance on our website with your bank card

Returns: When paying by bank card, returns are made only to the card used to make the payment. We do not store details of bank cards used for payment through the site.
Replacement:
If you wish to exchange the product you have received for another size or another item, please contact us on +359 89 7761716 so we can explain how we will make the exchange. What you need to do is to send your parcel to us without cash on delivery to an Econt office, Speedy or to the address we will give you.
You can do this with a courier company of your choice. You bear the transport costs of sending the parcel to us, and we take responsibility for getting back the replacement product. The condition that the garment must meet is that it has not been worn, washed or ironed, that it has not undergone any treatments or actions that compromise its integrity, and that it is sent with the original packaging and labels (without them being removed).
Please do not remove the label from the garment before you have measured it.Before taking any action, you must contact us on +359 89 7761716
Returns:
We will explain how to complete the product return form. Again you can send it to an Econt office, Speedy or use the services of a courier company of your choice. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will examine it carefully to make sure it meets the return requirements (not worn, washed or ironed, and with the original packaging and labels). We will then, within 7 working days, refund the amount by bank transfer to the IBAN you have indicated on the exchange and return form.
Important conditions:
The item must have no signs of treatment - not worn, washed and/or starved. The item must be in good condition and must be accompanied by a receipt, original packaging and labels (not removed!). All shipments go through our rigorous quality control before payment. Once we are satisfied that the shipment meets the stated conditions, the amount will be paid to you by bank transfer within 7 working days. Please do not send any parcels without completing the Replacement and Returns form.
