Replace
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the item you purchased within 14 days of receipt (Items made to individual sizes are not returnable or exchangeable!). In this case, you must fill in the form on this page. Only after you have completed the form, you can return the purchased goods.
What you have to do is to send your parcel to us without cash on delivery to an Econt, Speedy office.
You can do this with a courier company of your choice. You bear the transport costs of sending the parcel to us, and we take the responsibility to get back the product on exchange. Please do not remove the label from the garment before you have tried it on. Before taking any action you must contact us on +359 89 7761716.
Returns
Once we have received the returned item, we will examine it carefully to ensure it meets the return requirements. We will then, within 7 working days, refund the amount by bank transfer to the IBAN you have indicated on the exchange and return form.
Important conditions:
1. The item must have no signs of treatment - not worn, washed and/or starved.
2. The item must be in good condition and must be accompanied by a receipt, original packaging and labels (not removed!).
3. Return and exchange form to be completed.
Once we are satisfied that the item meets the conditions, the amount will be paid to you by bank transfer within 14 working days. Please do not send items without having completed the Exchange and Return form.
